Langley AFB, VA Housing and Relocation Information
The military provides two option for the use of your BAH. Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH)
The first option is to live on base. Your second option is to use your BAH to buy or rent a house off base. We provide you military friendly informaiton to help you maximize your BAH.
The Unaccompanied Housing Office (757) 865-1330 is reserved for airmen in the ranks of E1-E3 and E4 with less than 3 years of service. You are provided with private sleeping room, furnishings, bed linens and supplies required for comfortable living.
The Housing Management Office (757) 764-5040. Contact the HMO Office as soon as you know you are moving. You will be provided with the latest information on local housing as well as referral services and relocation assistance. The HMO offers counseling and guidance before entering into a lease agreement, housing referrals as well as resolving tenant-landlord dispute.
Langley AFB on base housing is privatized and operated by Hunt Communities. Langley Military Homes (888) 468-0035 offers 3-5 bedroom duplex and single family homes based on rank and family size. Home amenities can include: washer & dryer hookups, central A/C and fully equipped kitchens. The community amenities include: basketball courts, splash parks, and swimming pools.
